Thank you for shopping at Petal Fusion! All our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand warehouses worldwide. Please read our shipping information carefully.

Processing Time

All orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship nationwide across South Africa via reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN): 3–5 business days
Regional & outlying areas: 5–8 business days

Free standard shipping on all South African orders over R1,500.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship globally! Estimated international delivery times once dispatched:

USA & Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Free standard shipping on all international orders over $100 USD.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@petalfushion.com with your order number and photos of any damage so that we can make it right.
