Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Petal Fusion, we want you to love every piece you receive. All our products are made to order by our print-on-demand warehouses worldwide, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
We have a 30-day return policy. Please take note of the following:
- First email us to initiate a return
- The item must not be used and still in original packaging
- The package must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Orders returned after this window period will not be eligible for a return or a refund
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility as a customer
- Once your request is approved, we will follow up by sending you information on how to proceed with the return process.
We encourage you to review our size guides and if you need further assistance please contact us before placing an order.
Order Information Change
Please contact as soon after you placed your order with the details you want to amend. We will gladly do so on our side. If your order status has changed to 'Being Fulfilled' or 'Fulfilled' unfortunately we cannot make amendments to your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you open your package at info@petalfushion.com so that we can investigate and make it right. Please send us the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items that are defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us first at info@petalfushion.com to initiate an exchange.
Items not Eligible for Returns and Refunds
Please note that we do not offer returns and refunds on custom orders, gift cards and items on sale.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees for returns and exchanges. These costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility as a customer. Please familiarize yourself with customs duties services on your region.
